Description

A jury convicted appellant, Lisa Lee Fulenwider, of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and assessed punishment at 180 days confinement in jail and a $2,000 fine. On the jurys recommendation, the trial court suspended appellants sentence and placed her on 18 months community supervision. In three points of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred by (1) admitting retrograde-extrapolation evidence of appellants alcohol concentration at the time of the offense, (2) refusing to give a jury-charge instruction requiring a unanimous verdict as to which intoxicant, or combination of intoxicants, caused appellant to be intoxicated, and (3) denying challenges for cause on three potential jurors. We affirm.
