This case was before this court previously and is reported in 1955, 270 Wis. 133, 70 N.W.2d 585. In the complaint the plaintiff seeks an injunction and damages for breach by the defendant of a restrictive covenant in an
employment contract whereby the defendant bound himself not to compete with the plaintiff for ten years after leaving the
employment. The trial court held that the restraint was unreasonable as to time, and that hence the covenant was invalid.
Damages were not determined. Judgment was rendered dismissing the complaint.
